We questioned over 100 Life intermediaries in Singapore for the past 2 months both online and offline and results are overwhelming. My-insurer has gathered an overall score of 8.5/10 on the following key items to make a marketing CRM successful: 1. Ease of use 2. Effectiveness 3. Sales conversion 4. Lead generation 5. Relevancy 6. Customer engagement 7. Marketing and communication More than 95% of the interviewees named my-insurer as the TOP 3 most relevant tool for intermediaries in Singapore at 95%. As a pre & post acquisition software, 80% confirmed that we are not only number 1 but also the only system that focus accurately on their day to day activities. We are very proud of such results derived within a short time. Due to the numerous positive feedback for the past 6 months; we have developed new functionalities and deploy my-insurer 2.0 this Christmas. CEO Matthias de Ferreries has committed to conducting further surveys and focus groups in the coming months to facilitate in depth understanding of the challenges and requirements faced by intermediaries.; with the emphasis on Sales and Marketing tools. Managing Director Regine Lai also voiced her appreciation on the stellar performance of my-insurer in the past year; citing referral efforts of intermediaries to be the main driving force of my-insurer's success.
