Most of the time, people are confused and do not know who they should rely on with each and every merchants claiming the best price and best service. Wellnex concierge will guarantee what a Concierge commit to:
How can it commit to such key pillars? Simply because Wellnex team screens on regular basis all the merchants and will keep the best only. Wellnex team will also seek for feed-back after services: - Responsiveness: Availability for booking and clarity of interaction - Delivery: On Time, On Budget, On Scope - Soft Skills: Kindness, Empathy, Sympathy - Payment facility: Member will pay directly the Merchant / how easy will it be done. Wellnex team will rate and only keep the best!
Of course, such concierge service will be provided for Free. They will just need to go to "Services" in the app and tap on "Free Concierge" to get the service done! So Wellnex members do not need to search further but rely on Wellnex Concierge to find the most suitable service and provider to fix, restore, maintain or renovate or change their Home!
With the objective to show case with honesty our performance, My-Insurer Pte Ltd takes pride to share every month its numbers. Here are the results for the month of November: Overall we had a drop in numbers with slightly less new members, less Financial Advisors joining in and less usage of the app.
