VENDORS ACCOUNTS FEATURES

​HOW TO SETUP / Register a Vendor ACCOUNT?
​You are a merchant specialised in the Health - Fitness - Lifestyle (wellbeing) domains in Singapore and wish to promote your products and services to out Wellnex membership?
Register to set up a VENDOR account, and you will be contacted by our Wellnex Support team.
Joining as a Wellnex partner - vendor is free, and the usage of our platform is free of charge (we do not take commission on the transactions between vendors and members).

Upon confirmation from our administrative team, you will receive an email to activate your account and information about your account.

What can I do in Publishing?
​The Vendor account has some great features that enable our partners and merchants to publish News or Offers, to promote their brand and give all the details needed to the Wellnex members about the vendors' location, terms and conditions, opening hours, etc. See detailed steps at Publishing in Wellnex.
What is My Website?
The Vendor profile includes many information fields that will make it easy for Wellnex members to find Vendors thanks to criteria filters. The Vendors brand is also neatly presented on the WEllnex app and website. The My Website module is detailed at How to Use My Website Profile?
HOW TO Terminate YOUR Vendor account?
When you register with Wellnex, you accepts our T&Cs.
You can at all times decide to leave Wellnex by writing to wellnex@my-insurer.net.
We will acknowledge your request and this will trigger a 30 days termination notice period. At the end of that period, your Vendor account will be deactivated.
That's that simple! No strings attached, no costs or commissions, just a great promotional space for you.
