How to TERMINATE your Vendor account?

1. What are the Termination reasons?
​

There are different possible cases leading to a Termination of a VENDOR account.
  • If a Vendor is in breach of the Terms & Conditions applicable, in particular the ones elating to the etiquette of publishing, competitive regulations, libel and privacy policy, or unacceptable content as Wellnex may see fit.
  • If a Vendor decides to leave the platform (maybe because of the business winding down or a change in marketing strategy), it must send a request to wellnex@my-insurer.net; 

2. What is the Termination process?

After the acknowledgement by Wellnex of the VENDOR request, as per our Terms & Conditions, there is a 30 day notice period before Wellnex deactivates the Vendor account; The Wellnex team will deactivate the VENDOR account rendering it unusable.
It is always possible for a VENDOR to rejoin Wellnex, and to have the account reactivated.
