​The SUPER-AGENT (ENTERPRISE LICENSE) Training and FAQs modules below will provide the super-users (like Group director, Agency leader...) with easy-to-follow guides on how to use My-Insurer platform and how to administer ACCOUNT MANAGERS, clients and prospects, and Subscription fees.
In the FAQ tables below, you will find links that take you to detailed pages describing the steps to use the functionality (screens and video tutorials to understand & optimise your use of the modules).


All initial sign ups will be required to attend a 1 hour "live" training session where you will be equipped with the knowledge to leverage on the modules for continuous training and development.

HOW TO USE YOUR LOGIN & PROFILE SETTINGS?
This section will teach you everything you need to know about setting up your profile, what to do if you have forgotten your login or your password, where are the parameters driving the notifications, etc
First use your SA credentials to log into the CRM and use the Profile settings. ​Login and Profile settings
HOW TO ADD AN ACCOUNT MANAGER (AGENT OR FA)?
In My-Insurer terminology, ACCOUNT MANAGERS (AM) correspond to individual Financial Advisors or intermediary Agents.
You can only add AM if you have an Enterprise Account (SUPER-AGENT).

HOW TO USE THE ENTERPRISE (SUPER AGENT) ACCOUNT?
​The Enterprise (Super Agent) account allows a Firm manager or Group leader to create Account Managers, attach clients to them, set up Products and allocate them. See detailed steps at Super-Agent Account.
HOW TO USE "MY SETTINGS"
Under the Manage Profile and Settings, you can access the module to administer your SETTINGS:

SUPER-AGENT ACCOUNT - GENERAL FEATURES

What is on the main menu?
The landing page upon successful login to your CRM is the Main Menu. Here you can access shortcuts to the most used tools in the platform. Learn more on What is the Main Menu . 
UNDERSTANDING MY DASHBOARD
The Dashboard allows you to monitor the activity of the ACCOUNT MANAGERS that are attached to the SUPER-AGENT group in My-Insurer CRM, e.g. how many new policies during a period, or how many lapses will occur in the month, how much premium or commission have been collected... ​UNDERSTANDING THE LIBRARY MODULE
Product Library is a gallery where you can add/edit templates of your policy products. You can also easily add multiple templates to numerous clients.

WHAT CAN I DO IN PUBLISHING?
This feature allows you to create a News and Promotions that will be seen by your clients and prospects; the section What can I do in Publishing? describes how to use it.
​WHAT IS GENERATE LEADS?
My-Insurer has a powerful toolkit to facilitate new Leads and Prospects acquisition for ACCOUNT MANAGERS.
SUPER-AGENTS can also use one feature to generate Leads then allocate those new leads to selected ACCOUNT MANAGERS. More detail at Generate Leads Quiz.
HOW CAN A SUPER-AGENT CONFIGURE THE ACCESS TO FEATURES FOR A ACCOUNT MANAGER?
This feature enables SUPER-AGENT to configure for each of the AM in their group, what menu modules, what action buttons and viewing tabs are available to the AM.

SUPER-AGENT ACCOUNT - PORTFOLIO OVERVIEW FEATURES
In the Portfolio module, SUPER-AGENT have access to 3 sub-modules:
1. Account Managers
2. Clients
3. Policies.

ADMINISTRATING ACCOUNT MANAGERS
One main role of the SUPER-AGENT is to administer the ACCOUNT MANAGERS that are attached to his group.
The sub-module ACCOUNT MANAGER enables SUPER-AGENT to administer the AMs attached to his group. You can find more details on this specific feature Portfolio Overview - Account Managers.
CLIENTS MANAGEMENT
As a SUPER-AGENT, you have the ability to create clients / leads like standard ACCOUNT MANAGERS, but you can also re-allocate clients/leads from one AM to another.

POLICY MANAGEMENT AND COMMISSION MODULE
As a SUPER-AGENT, you have the ability to create policies like standard ACCOUNT MANAGERS, but you can also re-allocate policies from one AM to another.
The SUPER-AGENT is the only account allowed to access the Commission module; it enables to post 
commissions generated by the ACCOUNT MANAGERS when they issue policies.
