What can I do as a SUPER-AGENT with sub-module Portfolio Overview - Account Manager?
The Account Manager Module will let you perform several important administrative actions upon the ACCOUNT MANAGERS that are attached to your group.
You have access to 3 tabs: "Activity Details" - "Subscription Details" - "Commission Details".
By default, you will land to the tab "Subscription Details".
We will look at the actions that are specifically available to a SUPER-AGENT in those tabs to administer its ACCOUNT MANAGERS.

- Add a New Account Manager
- Remove (Unlink) an Account Manager from the group
- Pay the subscription for an Account Manager access to the CRM and select Auto-Renew parameter or not for the subscription
- View a summarised table of the ACCOUNT MANAGERS activity and Enable Data Download (or disable)
- View a summarised table of the ACCOUNT MANAGERS commissions that you can record at policy level
You can create a new ACCOUNT MANAGER profile attached to your group by clicking the action button [+ Add a New Account Manager].
The system will bring up a new page with a form where you can input all the required information. Field marked with a * are mandatory.
You can set the password and communicate the Username and Password to your new AM.

1. Tab "Subscription Details"
In this tab, you can :
Remove (in column Unlink) an Account Manager from the group. Careful as this is immediate with no confirmation pop-up choice.
Pay the subscription for an Account Manager access to the CRM: select the AM in column "Select To Pay" then the action button [Payment] colour will go from light blue to dark blue to signify that it is activated and you can click on it.
In this tab, you can :

- if you mistakenly Unlink an AM from your group, request the Wellnex Helpdesk to help re-attach it.
Pay the subscription for an Account Manager access to the CRM: select the AM in column "Select To Pay" then the action button [Payment] colour will go from light blue to dark blue to signify that it is activated and you can click on it.
If the Enterprise license was paid offline (package or volume discount that were invoiced and settled outside of the CRM), then the Payment Status for the ACCOUNT MANAGERS will show Pending. It is normal.
In that case, you will not be able to complete the payment online.

2. Tab "Activity Details"
This provides a simple view of major indicators like "Number Of Clients" - "Number Of Policies", "Total Premium Year To Date" and "Total Premium Life time" generated by the respective ACCOUNT MANAGERS that are attached to your group.
It also allows you to jump directly to the list of clients or of policies when you click on the underscored number on the row of an AM.
Important feature
You have the ability to Enable Data Download (or disable) for each of the AM.
Doing so will prevent a departing AM to download all his clients portfolio in a Excel file.
