If the pair Username and Password do not match, the system will deny access.

The password is case sensitive so please ensure there is no spacing when you input your login email. If you have forgotten your password, simply reset it to a new one via "Forgot Password?"

If your username is an email, then it is not possible to change it.

6. How to change / edit my Profile?
To edit your profile, please access your account and click on "Profile". You can edit your details accordingly and save them.
