How to Configure Features Access? 

The SUPER-AGENT can now configure all features and options that will be accessed by the ACCOUNT MANAGERS in his Group.

This feature is only available to SUPER-AGENT and enables the SA to control to a fine level what the AM can see and do. The SA can modify each AM parameters differently for even more latitude in how the group AMs should use the platform.

Important notes:
  • the SUPER-AGENT configuration modifications will become effective upon the next log in of the ACCOUNT MANAGERS in the group or when the AM reloads a page during a session.
  • The Lead Generation module cannot be deactivated.
  • The Publishing module cannot be deactivated.
  • Only menu items, tabs and action buttons can be set on/off; the feature does not control the viewing of individual data fields, so if a module is activated then all the data fields will be displayed.

What are the features that can be set on/off?

Almost all the modules and within the modules almost all the action buttons or viewing tabs can be configured.

Is it possible to have a configuration replicated for all or some AMs?
The feature operates at each ACCOUNT MANAGER level and is accessed when the SA enters into the detail profile details of an AM.
There is no possibility for a generic configuration to be applied across all AMs or a selection of AMs; the SA must modify each of the AM individual parameters.
​The Default setting is for all the features and modules to be activated.

Can a SA customise its own access?
​No, only the AMs in the Group can be configured.
Configuring the Features

The Manage Feature tab is in the ACCOUNT MANAGER details, that you reach from "Portfolio Overview".
​The SA can select/unselect all the items under a module, or pick and choose which features should be available or not.
When the selection is complete, click on [Save Changes].

The result of the selection (example 1) above is illustrated in the screens for the ACCOUNT MANAGER below.
  • none of the features of modules "Client Details, "Client Management", "Client Tabs" are selected. The corresponding features are thus not displayed.
  • only the "Membership dashboard" is selected so "Insurance" and "Commission" dashboards are removed from the AM view.

Here is another example to illustrate different features configurations.
  • In the "Clients tabs", some are selected but some are deactivated.
  • In the "Dashboard" module, only "Membership" and "Insurance" are selected, the "Commission" dashboard is deactivated.

As a result of the selection above, in the "Clients Detail" screen:
  • some action buttons like [Create a Policy], [Planning] or [Download Planning] are not displayed to the AM;
  • some tabs are not displayed like [Lifestyle] and [Assessment].

In the menu, under "Dashboard", the sub-menu "Commission" is not presented to the AM.
