FOR ENTERPRISE ACCOUNTS

STEP 1: Click on "Settings"
​STEP 2: Go to "My Plan" and untick "Auto Renewal"​; thus your Payment will not be automatically deducted at the end of your current subscription.

FOR ACCOUNT MANAGERS UNDER AN ENTERPRISE ACCOUNTS

STEP 1: Click on "Portfolio Overview" > "Account Manager"
STEP 2: Select Agent account you want to cancel
STEP 3: Scroll all the way down and select "cancel" and click "yes"
