FOR ACCOUNT MANAGERS UNDER AN ENTERPRISE ACCOUNTS
STEP 1: Click on "Portfolio Overview" > "Account Manager"
STEP 2: Select Agent account you want to cancel
STEP 3: Scroll all the way down and select "cancel" and click "yes"
