How can a Partner manage the Benefit Cards?
Using their Partner account to access the Wellnex CRM, the Partner gets access to the Membership Benefit module where Benefits can be created, edited, deleted, and allocated to Members of the Partner Community.

STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO MANAGING YOUR LOYALTY BENEFITS CARDS:
First, you will have to create at least one Benefits card. Click on action button [Create].

Create your Loyalty Benefit Cards:
Fill out the 3 mandatory fields to describe simply the Benefits card. This information will be displayed on the Members Wellnex mobile app. Click on action button [Create] to save your Benefits card.

Allocate your Loyalty Benefit Cards:
Now that you have at least one Benefits card, you can allocate it to your Community members.
Once it is allocated, the Members will be able to present it to you to enjoy the special benefits when they visit your store. Click on action button [Allocate] to bring up the list of your members.

- the delete option is available when the Benefits card is not allocated to any member.
- to delete, first select the Benefits card(s) then click on action button [Delete]

The CRM enables you to filter on dates when the Members joined or on name to search.
Once you have selected members, click on action button [Allocate] to bring up the list of your members.

- the Benefits card that you allocate will replace any previous Benefits card that you may have allocated to Members.
View who are the Members that have been allocated your Loyalty Benefit Cards
After you have given to members of your Community their Benefits card, you will see how many in the column "How many allocated".
If you click on the underscore number, the system will display the list of the corresponding members.
