- Comply to any Rules & Regulations applicable in any countries where we operate,
- Make the user journey as enjoyable, safe, clear and lean as possible

- Our Terms & Conditions Are compliant to the best of our knowledge with the rules and regulations applicable (on data management, insurance acts, insurance agent Fit and Proper behaviour criteria, appropriate online usage) with the respective countries where we operate and set out the basis for individuals and companies accessing and using the Website and the App
- Any user who downloads the App must read and agree the following Terms & Conditions carefully
- These Terms & Conditions are and should be accessible at anytime by any online users. We may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting a revised version on the Website. However, an individual notice will not be sent to any Users and they will be deemed to be acknowledged and agreed after 1 month from the publication,
- The Terms & conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and any claims or disputes of whatever nature shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
- Wellnex Management team & management reserve the right to ask administrative fee for processing non-payment query, and
- Wellnex Management team & management reserve also the right to cancel user membership at any point of time and take actions they deem right to protect the interest of Wellnex , shall they have any suspicions of infringement of their Term & Conditions.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
- By using, browsing and accessing MY INSURER (the "Website") and/or WELLNEX (the "App") and the websites of MY INSURER or divisions or service groups, or any page thereof, through direct or indirect means, or by using the goods, facilities or services offered in or through the Website and/or the App through alternative methods (including, for example, telephone, mail, email or facsimile), you accept and agree to be bound by the Use Policy including the Privacy Policy that are applicable in the country you reside and use, browse or access the Website and/or App.
- The usage, browsing and accessing of the Website and/or App are conditional to your acceptance of the Terms of Use;
- In case of amendment or new guidelines and rules relating to the use of the Website and/or App, all such guidelines or rules will be incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use and will be considered acknowledged and effective immediately upon effective posting.
2. SCOPE OF MY INSURER (the "Website" and/or "App")
- The App & The Website operate as a services platform that are provided to you by an authorized account holder ("Sponsor").
- The App & The Website do not sell services or products, nor advises services or products directly,
- MY INSURER do not charge a fee for connecting users with Sponsor, unless it has been otherwise and clearly stated
- MY INSURER may be paid by Sponsor to communicate, collect information, provide advice or sell products or services through the Website and/or App to the users.
3. MY INSURER MATERIAL
- MY INSURER PTE LTD operates the Websites and the App and shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Website and the mobile App and the right to modify the terms and conditions applicable to users of the Website and or Application, including these Terms of Use, or any part hereof. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Website and or Application. Any use by you of the Website and or Application or the goods, facilities or services offered in or through the Website and/or App shall be deemed to constitute an acceptance of such changes.
- All copyrights are held by MY INSURER PTE LTD. Any attempts to copy or reproduce any portion of this site (including information, styles, graphics, scripts) in part or in whole is protected by the copyright law. Anyone found in violation can be prosecuted according to the law applicable.
4. USE OF THE APP (WELLNEX)
- For insurance purpose, the data and other information you may provide through The website or the App are not considered and are not treated as, an application for an insurance policy, a coverage, a quotation or any similar concept or any services where the Website and/or App should take responsibility for. MY INSURER does not guarantee acceptance into any insurance or any service program. MY INSURER does not guarantee that the insurance terms or rates or services offered and made available by the authorised account holder to users are the best terms or lowest rates available in the market or in compliance with the regulator of the market.
- MY INSURER is not responsible for any user paying for any settlement or closing costs associated with products or services purchased.
- All claims, remarks, concerns, information relative to your purchase should be directly addressed to the authorised account holder you bought the product or the service from.
- Personal Data collection, usage and management falls under the PDPC compliance policy
- Personal Data maybe requested and collected from time to time through the App and the Websites.
- The data management (flow, storage, ownership) falls under the Privacy Policy of MY INSURER PTE LTD.
- Users understand and agree to provide accurate personal data to activate and keep active the WELLNEX Membership and access the exclusive healthcare services prices and other vendor or merchant promotions.
- MY INSURER will never market, commercialise, communicate, give access, share to any one user data
- User may have access to vendors and merchant promotion. Vendors that have been screened and reviewed according to MY INSURER vision and scope
- Access to such promotion can only happens if the User agrees at priori & pro-actively through the app to receive and adhere to such promotions.
- Users can request at anytime
- what data are stored in the Website/App, who has access to it, for what usage, where it is store.
- to edit, delete, any or / and all data that maybe related directly or indirectly to him/her
- WELLNEX HEALTHCARE SERVICES ACCESS & PAYMENT:
- WELLNEX Members must pay the total invoiced amount at the clinic before leaving the premises;
- The total invoiced amount consists in the exclusive price for the consultation or healthcare service or health-screening, plus the medications and/or tests and/or medical supplies. Some clinics are GST registered and will add the GST to the total invoiced amount.
- The exclusive prices are only available at clinics within the network of our Health Management Organisation (HMO) Partner;
- All Wellnex members and their registered dependents are eligible to the exclusive healthcare rates negotiated with the HMO; each main Members can register up to 4 dependents who will appear on his Wellnex e-card at Check-In. They are eligible to the Wellnex benefits provided all the registration required personal data (including DOB, NRIC/FIN, gender, name) must have been supplied at least 10 working days before the service date.
- Clinics may join or exit the HMO Network and these changes will be reflected in the available list in the WELLNEX App; there may be a delay for these changes to be updated in the database.
- The payment must be performed exclusively with the payment method offered in the WELLNEX App (linked to GrabPay wallet of the member and any other payment method that may be implemented by MY INSURER in the App). The payment processing may attract a small charge levied by the payment processing platform (as a percentage of the total invoiced amount) that will be added to the total paid by the Member.
- Members must ensure that their linked electronic wallet or payment method has sufficient funds to pay the total invoiced amount.
- Failure to abide to the above conditions will result in the Member not being entitled to the exclusive prices and will have to settle an invoice based on publicly available prices directly to the clinic.
5. WARRANTIES
- Your use of the Website and/or App is at your sole risk. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify and discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any services of the Website (or any part thereof) and the mobile application with or without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of such services.
- We make no warranty that:
- The Website and/or App will meet your requirements;
- The Website and/or App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure and error-free;
- Any results that may be obtained from the use of the Website and/or App will be accurate or reliable;
- The quality of any products, services, information or other materials purchased or obtained by you through the Website and/or App will meet your expectations.
- We cannot and do not endorse, and cannot be responsible for, the messages, views, opinions, research and recommendations of individuals, users, and organizations of deemed interest, or advocate any patronage of any service provider, course of treatment or commercial dealings in any securities, investments or classes of securities or investments nor does the inclusion on the Website and/or App of a link to other website(s) or resources imply any form of endorsement by us.
- We do not actively review or edit the messages, views, opinions, research and recommendations of Intermediary users, even if such messages, views, opinions, research and recommendations are made by the users using the Website. While the information on the Website has been obtained from sources believed to be reliable, none of the data, news, information, reports or opinions nor any of the recommendations (if any) has been customized for any specific person or class of persons. Therefore, please use the Website at your own risk.
- By making available information and data on pursuant on the Website, including facts, views, opinions and recommendations of individuals and organizations of deemed interest, we and our content providers are not giving or purporting to give or representing or holding themselves out as giving financial, investment, tax, legal and other professional advice.
