Dr. Matthias de Ferrieres - Founder - CEO - Data Protection Officer
Matthias has more than 23 years experience in Entrepreneurship in Asia. He joined AXA in 2001 to develop new business units in Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong and Indonesia. He left the insurance giant as their Regional CMO in 2014 after launching the first web app concept and "skin" focusing on insurance acquisition within AXA.
Since 2014, Matthias has created and sold a series of profitable start-ups to known incumbents such as AXA and DBS, each of them offering a strong value proposition to the insurance industry.
Strong believer in insurance intermediaries, he founds My-Insurer in September 2017 to respond to the appetite of the financial advisors to better serve their customers through digital transformation.
Matthias holds a PhD in International Entrepreneurship, a MBA from Chicago Booth - University of Chicago, a Master in International Law from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Business degree from a French Business School.

Regine Lai - Co-founder - Chief Growth Officer
Regine has more than 8 years in the insurance industry and 12 years in the business development. No stranger to the world of start-ups, Regine embarked on her first entrepreneurial venture in brand consultancy shortly upon graduation. She has developed a people focused business in retail, banking & finance and insurance for 17 years.
She joined Matthias in late 2017 to bring her strong enthusiasm and experience in setting up from scratch a base of clients

Fiza Tuahhaini - Chief Operations Officer
Fiza has been in the insurance industry for more than 9 years. Her professional experience includes working with prominent insurers and Brokers and Financial Advisors. She left AXA Partners as an Operations Team Lead where she managed the team's performance and assisted in new member onboarding in Singapore and Malaysia. She later went on to Abacare where she honed her broking skills, focusing on employee benefits for SMEs and International Medical Insurance. Her expertise lies in customer experience, account management and operations. Fiza joined the team in June 2021 where she is leading the overall operations and assisting in the development of the business community of Wellnex Singapore and Wellnex Malaysia and assisting in the development of the business community of Wellnex. She is also a Certified General Insurance / Health (SCI).

Thin Tran, August - Chief IT Officer
August joined the team in April 2018 with a strong background of IT and Quality Assurance. He has been instrumental in making the app and software viable, robust, secured and scalable.
With more than 10 years experience in IT and insurance, he joined the project since the beginning and is in charge of developing new and maintaining current functionalities and modules, as well as monitoring the data flow and successful release of the app and software.

Shelby Pham - Chief Program Officer
Shelby is the first joiner of Matthias team back in 2015. She plays a pivotal role in ensuring the app and software are not only functional but also robust, secure, and scalable. Drawing from over a decade of experience in both IT and insurance sectors, Shelby has been involved in the project from its inception. Her responsibilities include supervising, developing and maintaining the architecture of the platform, managing the developing team and ensuring that the platform remains robust and up to date at all times.

Mya Myet Cheal Oo - Customer Service Executive
Mya Myet Cheal Oo is an experienced administrative and technical support specialist with a background in engineering and remote team coordination. With over 10 years of experience in customer service and concierge management, Myet will take over our booking support and member assistance function. Her responsibilities will include managing the appointments and follow-up of all our clients. She will head the governance to ensure that the experience of our concierge remains of the highest standard.

Soh Kin Wei - Chief Information Officer
Kin Wei is the regional Chief Information Officer of a large US based company. He has more than 25 years of extensive information management experience and rigorous track record in building high-performance teams, process and product Innovation. He is adept at working across Asian cultures, and extremely passionate about harnessing leading technologies to drive business value and competitive advantage.
Kin Wei hold a MBA from Chicago Booth University and also a Board Member of couple of start-ups specialised in AI and Blockchain .

Hong Hai Tran - Investment Director at Triple P Capital
Prior to joining Triple P Capital, Hong Hai was the Managing Director of Contemi Vietnam, a subsidiary of a Scandinavian insurance IT group. He built up the group’s operations in Asia, and expanded its technical capabilities in mobile, big data and front-end development. Hong Hai drove the business from being a pure offshore development cost center into a profit center.
Hong Hai holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from National University of Singapore, and a Bachelor of Arts from Academy of Diplomacy, Vietnam.

Ludovic Lassauce - Director, product development in Internet of Things
Ludovic is a known product business development director for a multi-national digital infrastructure provider. He has over 15 years experience in incubating and bringing new products in the Internet of Things to a commercial success within multi-national or startup companies. With energy and drive, he innovates by disrupting statu quo to find new source of value creation.
Ludovic hold a MBA from University of Chicago, School of Business.

Julien Tardivat - Senior Advisor - Medical Network Development
Julien Tardivat is a seasoned health insurance and reinsurance executive with more than 20 years of experience strengthening medical networks, driving cost containment, and leading large-scale operational transformations across diverse international markets. Throughout his career, he has successfully negotiated high-value hospital agreements, expanded provider networks across APAC and Africa, and implemented robust claims and pre-authorization systems that enhance both efficiency and quality of care. Bringing his global perspective and strategic insight, Julien joins My-insurer as a Board Advisor to help steer the company’s international expansion and strengthen its global partnerships.

Augustin du Payrat - Managing Director - Board Advisor
Augustin has over 25 years of work experience in helping organisations redigitalize their customer experience journeys through the use of AI, automation, and multi-channel platforms.. Augustin spearheaded the growth of Talkdesk across Asia, a cloud-based contact center software provider. He also held a number of strategic executive roles at Avaya and Genesys, where he supported the rollout of contact centre solutions across key industries, including FSI, telco, travel, government, and the energy sector. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master of Science from CY Tech.
