Introduction to Chatbot

1. How does the Chatbot work?


When a prospect/client clicks on the link to the chatbot, they will be directed to Facebook where the chatbot will start asking a series of questions. The chatbot is "live artificial intelligence" that does not require the presence of a human being. Answers to the questions and the client profile will automatically be input into your agent platform as a lead.


2. How can it help me with lead generation?


The chatbot allows you incentivise the prospect/client to provide their personal and asset information which will automatically be input into the system as a lead.


3. Does the chatbot identify me?


The chatbot identifies you by your mobile number. During the process, the chatbot will ask for the mobile number of the agent/relationship manager that refers the prospect/client.

KYC/FNA and Fast KYC/FNA

Introduction to KYC/FNA

Know Your Customer (KYC) and Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) allows you to identify your prospects/clients existing insurance portfolio and financial standing, needs and wants. You will collect up to 96 individual data points very quickly upon completion of the highly interactive extensive questionnaire by your prospects.

Introduction to Fast KYC/FNA

You will collect fewer individual data points than the standard KYC/FNA.

4. How does the KYC work?


You can access the KYC when logged into the agent platform or you can copy and paste the link of the KYC URL onto your social media, websites and other marketing materials.


5. Can I use the KYC on my tablet/mobile as well?

Yes. Please copy and paste the assign (different for every agent) URL to your tablet/mobile browser. Alternatively, you can access the KYC directly from your agent platform under "Sales Tool".

6. Is the client able to update their financial needs on their end?

Yes. A financial calculator is available for use in the mobile app for clients.
7. What happens when my client updates or edit their financial information? Will I be notified?

You will be notified on the platform and/or email when your client edit their financial information; vice versa. The calculator on the agent platform and mobile app is synced to ensure constant touch points with your clients.

​8. How long does it take for a client to complete the KYC? What happens if the client decides to halfway through the KYC?


It depends on how in depth you wish to conduct the KYC, how much information the client is able to provide etc.
We have now designed a Fast KYC as an alternative to the standard exhaustive KYC questionnaire.
In both cases, the data is captured upon the client agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and clicking "Submit".

9. How will the client know I am the relationship/manager that is conducting the KYC?


Every agent/relationship manager is tagged to an unique URL.


10. Will the client receive a report after the analysis?

Yes, the results will be reflected in the mobile app.


11. How will I be notified when a client completes the KYC?


You will receive a notification on the agent platform and/or via your email; depending on your profile settings.

12. Will I receive a copy of the analysis?


Yes. The data captured during the course of KYC is reflected in the client profile in your agent system under "Portfolio Overview" > "Client" > "Summary".
​You can complete the report by Editing the Recommendation section before you download the Report in .pdf format.

13. Aside from using this at a roadshow to acquire leads, how else can I use the KYC to generate leads?
​


 You can copy and paste the link of the KYC URL onto your social media, websites and other marketing materials to acquire passive leads or you can paste the link on your appointment cards prior to an annual review to understand your clients current financial status and shortfall.
REFERRAL NUMBER


1. How to use the Referral Number?
​
The Referral Number is unique to each account manager (i.e. intermediary) and will link all your prospects collected data to your individual space, so that you can then continue and deepen the relationship.

Introduction to Mobile Quiz

1. How does the Mobile Quiz work?


The Mobile Quiz allows you to engage the discussion with prospects in a gamified fashion; it is fully customisable.
You can create your own set of questions (up to 6), decide to activate or not the Spinning Wheel gimmick and design a Home screen to your preference.
The Quiz questions a displayed to your prospect with an easy-to-use interface. At the end of the questions series, the prospect will be able to submit the answers along with its personal contact information after accepting the T&Cs.


2. Can I use the Quiz on an Ipad/note etc.?


Yes, the quiz is compatible with mobile phones (iOS and android) and iPad.


3. How long does it take for a client to complete the Quiz?


Less than 5 minutes


4. What is the difference between the KYC and Quiz?


KYC is a full fledge know your customer and financial needs analysis. Quiz is a succinct version to acquire a lead comprising of only their personal information. The quiz is more suited or use during street canvassing or by your pullers at roadshows.


5. Under what circumstances do I use the KYC or Quiz?


KYC is a full fledged Know Your Customer and Financial Needs Analysis. Quiz is a succinct version to acquire a lead comprising of only their personal information. The quiz is more suited or use during street canvassing or by your pullers at roadshows while the KYC is more suitable where the client/prospect has more time.


6. What happens after the client completes the Quiz?


The prospect will receive a Thank You email with the name of the agent who performed the quiz, as well as an invitation to download the Wellnex app. In the email, the system will have already created a login/pw for the prospect; and the agent will be assigned as the default agent.


7. How will i be notified when a client completes the Quiz?


You will receive a notification on the agent platform and/or via your email; depending on your profile settings.


8. What kind of client information will I receive from the Quiz?

Personal information such as Name/Mobile/Email/Gender.
9. Can I customise my own Quiz should I choose not to use My-Insurer's default questions?

​Yes. You can by accessing Sales Tools > Mobile Quiz > Create a New Question.

10. How do I create a customised quiz?

You can do so by selecting "Create new Question" and proceed to the following:

- Select a photo from our photo library or upload your preferred photo
- Formats accepted includes: png, jpg, jpeg
- Edit your Question Title and Question Short Name
- Build your own content / upload a document

11. What is the difference between Question Title and Question Short Name?

​The Question Title is the short text that will be displayed at the top of the Quiz screen question space, whereas the Question Content is the long text of the question itself displayed in the middle of the screen.
​The Question Short name is just the internal reference.
