Once the prospect has completed the survey, he/she will receive an email to invite him to download Wellnex.

1. Can I use the Lead Generation Tools on my tablet/mobile as well?
Yes, please copy and paste the assigned unique (different for every agent) URL to your tablet/mobile browser. Alternatively, you can access each individual sales tool directly from your agent platform under "Generate Leads"
2. In what ways can I use & share the Lead Generation Tools?
All five of our Lead Generation Tools can be used and shared in 4 different ways.
- You can launch the particular tools when logged into the CRM platform
- Copy the unique URL link of which tool you wish to use onto your social media, websites and other marketing material.
- Download the unique QR code for the particular tool you wish to use
- You can directly share to Facebook, Whatsapp Web and email by clicking the shortcuts to each site.
*Note that you are free to change the marketing message so long as you keep the unique link in the message as it is tagged to you and to the particular tool you want them to use.

3. How long does it take for a client to complete the the journey through the Lead Generation tools? What happens if the client decides not to continue halfway through the survey?

4.Will my Leads also have their membership activated automatically if I use Join Wellnex-Fast?

8. Aside from using this at a roadshow to acquire leads, how else can I use these tools to generate leads?
You can copy and paste the URL link of any tool you wish to use onto your social media, websites and other marketing materials to acquire passive leads or you can paste the link on your appointment cards prior to an annual review to understand your clients current financial status and shortfall.
9. Is the client able to update their financial needs on their end?
Yes. A financial calculator is available for use in the mobile app for clients.

7. What happens when my client updates or edit their financial information? Will I be notified?
You will be notified on the platform and/or email when your client edit their financial information; vice versa. The calculator on the agent platform and mobile app is synced to ensure constant touch points with your clients.
12. Will I receive a copy of the analysis?
Yes. The data captured during the course of KYC is reflected in the client profile in your agent system under "Portfolio Overview" > "Client" > "Summary".
You can complete the report by Editing the Recommendation section before you download the Report in .pdf format.
REFERRAL NUMBER
1. How to use the Referral Number?
The Referral Number is unique to each Account Manager (Intermediary)
Invite the lead to download the app by sharing the link or QR code and provide the lead with your unique Referral number when the lead signs in.
The Lead will then be automatically tagged to you.
To become a Wellnex Member he/she will need to fill up the necessary information in "My Profile".

Introduction to Mobile Quiz
1. How does the Mobile Quiz work?
The Mobile Quiz allows you to engage the discussion with prospects in a gamified fashion; it is fully customisable.
You can create your own set of questions (up to 6), decide to activate or not the Spinning Wheel gimmick and design a Home screen to your preference.
The Quiz questions a displayed to your prospect with an easy-to-use interface. At the end of the questions series, the prospect will be able to submit the answers along with its personal contact information after accepting the T&Cs.
