Policy details showcases the various important information pertaining to your client's policy. It includes, payment details, benefits, sum assured, critical documents and other general content a agent would like to share with his clients about the policy.

2. What comments is used for?
Comment is to facilitate communication between client and agent for the policy only.
3. What does remark stand for?
Any information keyed here cannot be seen by the client on the app
4. What does additional description stand for?
Any information keyed here CAN be seen by the client on the app (no editing allowed).

6. What is Product type?
Product type allows you to further shortlist the product applicable under a specific Product Category. E.g Endowment (product type) under Life (Product Category).
Payment term field is catered for LIMITED PAY life policies.
7. What is Start/End Date?
Start date: inception date/ End date: Policy maturity date.

8. What are benefits for?
Benefits allow both agent and client to have a view of the benefits tagged to a policy, as well as the aggregation of client's sum assured across multiple policies.
9. Why are the benefits character limited?
To minimise the user experience on the mobile app where clients have to scroll left/right for long sentences.
10. What is the difference between the non defined benefits and the defined benefits such as medical expenses, death etc.?
Defined benefits are attached to the a specific policy and allows the policyholder to have a view of their entitled coverage. Non defined benefits are aggregated across multiple policies so policyholder can understand their overall coverage spanning across multiple policies.
11. The benefits are not kept when I create the policy, why?
Please "Save" the benefits after you key them in.

13. How can I add a beneficiary who is already in the system?
Go to "Beneficiaries" and select the appropriate life assured from the drop down list.
14. How can I add a beneficiary who is not already in the system?
Go to "Beneficiaries" and add a new life assured.
15. How can I add a risk - home or vehicle - which is not already in the system?
Go to "Client" > "Select Client" > "Vehicles" or "Properties" > "Add a new vehicle/property".
