How to use your login & profile settings

1. I can't login?
The password is case sensitive so please ensure there is no spacing when you input your login email. If you have forgotten your password, simply create a new one via "Forgot Password"

2. I don’t remember my password ?

Create a new password via https://access.my-insurer.net/Account/ForgotPassword
​3. How to change my password?
​Go to: https://access.my-insurer.net/Manage/ChangePassword
4. I don’t remember my login email?
Your login email will usually be your corporate email or personal email

5. Can I change my email login?
No, you cannot change your email login as it is your permanent username but you may change your email in the settings under your profile for notification purposes.
6. What are the functionalities shown on the "Main Menu" page upon logging in?
Once logged in, the first page you will see is the Main Menu which features shortcuts to the 7 most used functions on the CRM.

7. ​How to change / edit my profile?
​To edit your profile, please access your account and click on "Profile". You can edit your details accordingly and save it
8.  What is the Customize FFF Report option in the Profile settings?
This option lets you put a custom watermark logo on your Fact Find Form Report so that your clients know that the report is from you or the agency or company you belong to.


9. I cannot save my Profile after editing?
Please ensure all mandatory fields are completed to effect the new changes after saving.

10. How to check my T&Cs?
You can access the T&Cs in the system under "Settings". Alternatively, you can view the T&Cs via http://www.my-insurer.net/term--conditions-rm.html

11. How to log off?
You can log off from the system under "Settings"

12. Am I still able to receive notifications if I am not at my computer/laptop?
Yes. You can turn on the "Email Notifications" (please scroll to the bottom) option under "Settings">"Profile"
