How to use Vendor Account?

1. How do I sign up as a Wellnex vendor?

Step 1. Register as a Wellnex vendor by accessing https://access.my-insurer.net/AgentAndVendor/Register

Step 2. Await approval from administrator (1 working day).

Step 3. An email confirmation will be sent to you upon approval.

Once your registration is approved, please ensure you have read through the Terms and Conditions related to our Vendor agreement here.

​2. How to set up my Vendor profile?


You can set up your Vendor profile by accessing "Settings"> "Profile" at the top right hand corner.

3. How do I publish a piece of News and/or Offers?

You can publish start to publish any content (be it news or offers) by accessing "Publishing"> "News and Offers"

4. What is the purpose of the Short Description? Can I edit it?

The short description allows you to publish a snippet of your content to the Wellnex members. You may include an URL link to direct the members to your website for further information.

When an URL is attached, we will auto populate a summary of the website for you; which can be edited.

5. Why do I see a list of client details at "Client Management"

These are the clients who have click "I'm interested" on your published content, hence automatically added onto your vendor account.

​By initiating interest, these Wellnex members have given their consent to be contacted by you to follow up on the redemption or marketing offers etc.
6. How can I retrieve clients who are interested in a specific campaign/ news I post?

​You can retrieve these data under the "Notification Management" module. To access it, simply click on the bell icon at the top right hand corner of the page. 

Every time a client clicks "I am interested" in any of your campaign or news, we will send you a notification to inform you.
