No the chatroom is an independent function of my-insurer. If you wish to whatsapp your client, please do so directly from client's profile page "Send Whatsapp"

The chatroom allows you to send private messages to your client directly to the app. You may attached files alongside your messages e.g. Benefit Illustration etc.

3. How will I be notified if my client sends me a message?
You will receive a pop up notification if you are logged onto the system, after which the notification stays in te bell alert (top right hand corner). You can also access the notification from the Notification Management module. Alternatively, if you enable the email notification via your profile settings, you will receive a notification on your email.

You cannot create a group chat on my-insurer at this time.

You cannot search the chat history by key words at this time.
