How to use Administrator Account?

What is an Administrator Account?

An administrator account allows the following:

  1. Add or remove account managers
  2. Manage productivity of account managers parked under the administrator
  3. Create a policyholder or a prospect
  4. Allocate the policyholder or prospect to one or more account managers
  5. Create a policy
  6. Allocate the policy
  7. Publish news and promotions to the ecosystem 
  8. Create and modify renewals, quotations
  9. View account of a specific account manager
  10. Delete policy/document(sent by client)/renewal/Quotation/Quote Received



1. How do I create a new client with my administrator account?
You can create an administrator account by accessing "Portfolio Overview"> "Client"> "Create a new Client"

2. What can I do after I create a client using my administrator account?
​After creating a client, you can proceed to either:

- Allocate the client to one or more account managers
- Edit personal information of client
​- Add a policy and attach it to a manager
- Modify financial information

2. How do I take note of the productivity of the account managers under me?

​You can select one or more account managers via the "Filter" button in  "Overall" under "Dashboard" to have a view of the activities of your preferred account managers.

3. How do I add more account managers under my administrator account?

You can add more account managers to your administrator account by accessing "Portfolio Overview"> Account Manager>"Add a new Account Manager"


4. What are some of the next steps after I add an account manager?

You can have access to the following information to an account manager parked under you.

- Have an overview of his/her activity by clients or policy sorted by last modified action

- Check the subscription status and expiration date of your account manager's account

5. What is the purpose of Policy Management?

Policy management allows you to have an overview of the latest modified policy in your ecosystem :

- You can also choose to filter by account managers to show only the policy activities of specific account managers

6. What is the purpose of Document Management in an administrator account?

Under document management, you can view the details, download attachments/images and delete the document sent by client/prospect to the account manager

7. Can I assist my account manager to renew their client's policies?

Yes you can via "Renewal Management"

8. What is the purpose of "Quotation Received"?

"Quotation Received" allows you to have an overview of all the quotation requests submitted by policyholders or prospects via the mobile app to your account managers. Aside from viewing, you can also create a quotation or delete the quotation.
