ADD MY POLICY (in liaison with WELLNEX mobile app)
In WELLNEX
Insureds can add their policies using the Wellnex app feature in the menu "My Insurance", then tapping on the icon "Add My Policy".
The first step is to select the type of product (Life, Health, Personal Accident, ...), then filling out basic details describing the policy, adding photos or softcopy documents, then finally attaching it to the selected Account Manager..

In the CRM
The Account Manager is notified that one of his client uploaded a policy and attached it to him.
Clicking on the notification brings the account manager directly to the "Uploaded Document" feature of the Client Management module.

POLICY VIEW
The Account Manager can also access the Uploaded Policy through the Policy View feature of the Client Management module.
When you select the uploaded policy, you can then complete the information provided by your client (e.g. benefits, beneficiaries, ...).
